This was taken by Tata with the macro feature of my beloved Niko Coolpix L3 camera. The location was too tricky for me to get closer to Mr. Frog, who was sunbathing among the leaves of Tata’s birds’ nest ferns, so Tata did the honors of getting this shot.
tata woke me up at the break of dawn to show me this lotus blooming in his new pond. i took the picture just in time because as soon as the skies got brighter, the petals folded back and the flower closed upon itself.
